1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

 

2. License to Use the Services

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for internal business purposes.

 

You may not:

  • Share accounts
  • Reverse engineer or copy the Services
  • Use the Services to build a competing product
  • Interfere with system security or performance
  • Use the Services unlawfully or abusively

 

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (“User Content”).

You grant us a limited license to use User Content solely to operate and improve the Services.

 

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit User Content.

 

4. Fees and Payment

Certain features may require payment. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

 

5. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, legal compliance, or security reasons.

 

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and all related intellectual property are owned by ContractorAI, Inc. or its licensors.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM

 

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ContractorAI, Inc. and its affiliates from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

 

10. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration, not in court.

You waive the right to participate in class or representative actions.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

 

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
